Referees, Educators, Coaches, Captains and Managers

  • All educators, coaches or managers over the age of 18 who are involved with a youth team (U4 to U18) are required to request a volunteer screening/background check from the City of Pointe-Claire.  The City no longer mails out volunteer cards, but does provide Soccer Pointe-Claire the list of valid background checks and their expiry date.  When you make your request, whether it be a new one or a renewal, please scan or take a photo of your receipt and email it to Marilyn.
  • The following locations can complete the volunteer screening process, you will need 2 pieces of ID with you:
    • Pointe-Claire Bob Birnie Arena: Monday to Sunday 7am to 11pm.
    • Pointe-Claire Recreation Building: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (closed at lunch).
