Educators and Managers

Educators/Coaches/Captains

  • Returning educators, coaches and captains can register online.  At the end of the process, you need to print your affiliation form (link will be provided), sign it and return it to the office staff.  You can return it in person during office hours or scan and email it to Marilyn.
  • New educators, coaches or captains (or educators from another club) must register in person (Office closed due to COVID-19, please contact Marilyn to register) and provide the following required documents:
    • Medicare Card.
    • A completed Affiliation Form: click here
      • Complete all fields marked with an X
    • A completed Code of Conduct:
  • All educators over the age of 18 who are involved with a youth team (U4 to U18) are required to present a valid screening card (police background check).  If you request a new card, please scan your receipt/proof and email it to assistantdg@soccerpointeclaire.com. When you receive your card (which can take several months), scan and email it to the same address. Due to COVID-19, screening cards can be requested at the following locations:
    • Pointe-Claire Aquatic Center: Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday-Sunday from 9am to 4pm.  We recommend calling first, in case the hours change, (514) 630-1202.
    • Pointe-Claire City hall: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.  We recommend calling first, in case the hours change, (514) 630-1200.

Managers and Sanitary Managers (Horacios)
