Important note concerning uniforms:

=> Uniforms costs are in addition to registration fees and uniforms MUST be ordered online by the players for the following categories (click here for details)

Discounts and additional fees:

=> Deduct $25 for 3rd registration residing at the same address (with proof)

=> Deduct $50 for 4th (or more) registration residing at the same address (with proof)

=> Add $25 per registration for Non-Residents of Pointe-Claire

=> Given the still uncertain situation due to COVID-19, there will be no early bird registration discount nor any late registration fees for 2021.

For 2021, the players in the following categories will be required to each order their own uniforms online directly from Inaria:

  • CDC U9 to U12 (30 week program)
  • Youth Competitive
  • Metro Competitive
  • Logs, Loogs (all three categories), Champagne, Senior Mixed

 

The following categories will receive their uniforms from the Club for 2021, as these were orders placed for 2020, but were never used due to Covid-19:

  • Micro U4 to U8
  • CDC U9 to U12 (14 week program)
  • Youth Recreational U13 to U18
  • Metro Recreational
  • Special Project

 

Inaria Sizing Event for CDC, Youth Competitive and Senior Competitive

    • The event will be held on Saturday February 27 2021 at the Holiday Inn & Suites (corner St-Jean and Hwy 40).  Each team will be given a specific time slot for their players (and 1 parent, if required) to present themselves.  Exact team schedule will be available early the week of February 22 (at the latest).
    • Due to evolving regulations and restrictions due to COVID-19, although Inaria really does want to come to Montreal for this event, they have prudently chosen to cancel it.  A sizing chart will be available online.  Inaria have assured us that their uniforms are “true to size”, not made particularly small nor particularly big.  They say the sizing is very similar to Adidas.  Should the regulations and restrictions change in the next few weeks, Inaria may decide to come and hold an event and even though players will have began placing their orders, they will be welcome to come and double check in case they really were not sure of their order.  Do not delay placing your order because of this though!

 

Ordering uniforms online

    • Each player in the categories listed above will be responsible for ordering their own uniform in the Inaria online store.  Players will have several packages to choose from, from and goalkeeper packages will be available as well.
    • The online store will open on Sunday February 28th.
    • Online prices are displayed without taxes, which are added at checkout.  Shipping is extra.  All orders greater than $120 will qualify for free shipping.
    • Since a player needs to enter their team at checkout, 1 player = 1 order.  However in the event that orders placed on the same day are for members of the same family (or the same members who plays in multiple leagues) and are going to the same address, if separately one or more of the orders is charged shipping, but combined they qualify for free shipping, a simple email to Inaria Customer Service with the order numbers and the shipping will be credited.
    • Orders must be placed by Tuesday March 9th in order to guarantee an April 20 delivery date.  Any orders placed after that date, may still arrive by April 20, but Inaria cannot guarantee it.  At this point, we do know with 100% certainty that our leagues will be starting in May like a “normal” season, so we do have some flexibility if not everyone has their uniforms on time to start the season.

 

Jersey Numbers

    • When placing their uniform order online, players* will need to enter their jersey number.  Players need to confirm their jersey number with their educator/manager/coach/captain.
    • *For Loogs and Mixed players, the club is compiling a list of numbers for all players.  The club will provide these numbers to Inaria.

 

Online order validation by team manager, educator, coach or captain

    • Each team/group will be provided a link to the backend of the Inaria store to access their team’s orders.  A designated person for each team will be going online and confirming that the orders, specifically the numbers, are correct.
    • This will also allow the team representative to see which, if any, of the players on their team have not ordered their uniforms yet.

  • Online registration starts on (TBD) and is available 24hrs a day.
  • A retuning player is a player whose last club was Soccer Pointe-Claire, even if it wasn’t last year.
  • Payment by credit card only.
  • Avoid line-ups and register from the comfort of your own home.
  • No signed player affiliation form required.
  • Suspended members cannot register online.
  • Any returning player who requires a new photo can complete the online registration, but then must submit a photo to Marilyn at assistantdg@soccerpointeclaire.com.
    • A photo of the player with the following specifications:
      • The photo must be Digital and HD (not a scanned photo);
      • The photo must be taken on a solid white background;
      • The photo must be clear, well defined and neat;
      • The photo must show the entire face and the top of the shoulders (the image of the face and shoulders must be centered on the photo.  The head must not turned to the side;
      • The photo must be a JPEG format.

BRAND NEW PLAYERS: Please contact Marilyn at assistantdg@soccerpointeclaire.com and provide the following:

  • An image of the player’s medicare card
  • Completed affiliation form (click here)
    • Complete all fields marked with an X
    • Players aged 14yrs and older at the time of registration must sign their own affiliation form
  • Proof of residency for Pointe-Claire residents
  • Completed code of conduct (U4 to U18 click here or U19 and up click here)
  • A photo of the player with the following specifications:
    • The photo must be Digital and HD (not a scanned photo);
    • The photo must be taken on a solid white background;
    • The photo must be clear, well defined and neat;

  • Completed Soccer Québec Movement Protocol form for U4 to U18 (click here)
  • Completed affiliation form (click here)
    • Players aged 14yrs and up at the time of registration must sign their own affiliation form
    • Complete all field marked with an X
  • Completed code of conduct (U4 to U18 click here or U19 and up click here)
  • In person registration at the Terra-Cotta chalet (100 Terra-Cotta, Pointe-Claire H9R 5A4):
    • TBD due to COVID-19
  • No registration during regular office hours in the month of February
  • For all new and returning players, coaches, managers and referees.
  • Payment by cash, cheque and credit card.
  • Players aged 14 and over (at time of registration) need to be present to sign their own affiliation form.
