Online registration for new and returning players

All categories are closed and no longer accepting any registrations.  These are the only EXCEPTIONS:

  • FU11/FU12 Youth recreational (2 spots left as of 2022-06-10)
  • MU11/MU12 Youth recreational (7 spots left as of 2022-06-10)
  • Special Project
  • Senior Comp and Senior Rec players already included on a team’s roster

Important note concerning uniforms:

=> Uniform costs are in addition to registration fees and uniforms MUST be ordered online by the players for all categories except for U4 to U8.  Click here for details.

Discounts and additional fees:

=> Deduct $25 for 3rd registration residing at the same address, for the same season (proof of address required)

=> Deduct $50 for 4th (or more) registration residing at the same address, for the same season (proof of address required)

=> Add $25 per registration for Non-Residents of Pointe-Claire

=> Add $25 late fee payment starting May 1st (except U4-U7)

All players will be required to each order their own uniforms online directly from Inaria (except U4-U8):

Inaria Sizing Event:

    • The event will be held on Monday February 7, 2022 at the Holiday Inn & Suites Montreal Airport, 10888 Chem. de la Côte-de-Liesse, Montréal, QC H8T 1A6, from 5pm to 9pm.
    • The event is open to anyone who would like to go and try on a uniform prior to placing their order.  If you cannot attend or do not want to attend, sizing charts are available in the online store.
    • Please find your arrival time in the table below.  The timeslots are created to spread out everyone’s arrival and to avoid too large of a crowd at the same time.  If possible, please respect your arrival time.
    • Due to Covid, there will not be any changing rooms set up.  You will be asked to try on the uniforms over your clothes.  Please dress appropriately, we suggest arriving wearing clothes of the undergear type to easily be able to try on the uniforms over them (leggings, compression shorts/pants, compression shirts, etc).
    • Due to Covid, depending on your age, if you able to go alone or have your parent wait in the car, please do so.  If not, for the younger kids, please have only 1 parent accompany them.
    • Masks are required at all times.

Ordering uniforms online

    • Every player will be responsible for ordering their own uniform in the Inaria online store.  Players will have several packages to choose from, and the goalkeeper packages will be available as well.
    • The online store will open on February 7th 2022.
    • Online prices which are displayed include shipping fees, but are without taxes, which are added at checkout.
    • CDC and Youth Comp kits ordered by the 1st Tuesday in March are delivered by April 1st.
    • Senior Comp, Senior Rec, Senior House League (Logs, Loogs, Champagne, 7v7, 9v9, mixed, etc) kits ordered by the 2nd Tuesday in March are delivered by April 20th.
    • Referee kits ordered by the 2nd Tuesday in March are delivered by April 20th.
    • Youth Rec kits ordered by the 3rd Tuesday in March are delivered by May 15th.
    • Any orders placed after those dates, may still arrive by the start of the season but Inaria cannot guarantee it.

 

Jersey Numbers

    • When placing their uniform order online, all players except Youth Recreational (including CDC 13-week) will need to enter their jersey number.
      • Youth Competitive, Senior Competitive, Senior Recreational, LOGS and Champagne players need to get their jersey number from their coach/captain/manager.
      • CDC 30-week and Senior House League (Loogs, Mixed, Beginner) players will get their number from the office staff after they register.
    • When placing their uniform order online, all Youth Recreational players (including CDC 13-week) place their order without entering a jersey number.
    • Once you have been assigned a number, even for future orders, you must use the same number.

 

Online order validation by team manager, educator, coach or captain

    • Each team/group will be provided a link to the backend of the Inaria store to access their team’s orders.  A designated person for each team will be going online by the order deadlines listed above and confirming that the orders, specifically the numbers, are correct.
    • This will also allow the team representative to see which, if any, of the players on their team have not ordered their uniforms yet.

Online registration for RETURNING PLAYERS: click here 

  • Online registration starts on February 1st and is available 24hrs a day.
  • A returning player is a player whose last club was Soccer Pointe-Claire, even if it wasn’t last year.
  • Payment by credit card only.
  • No signed player affiliation form required.
  • Code of Conduct: When completing online registration and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the Code of Conduct.
  • Suspended members cannot register online.
  • Any returning player who requires a new photo can complete the online registration, but then must submit a photo to Marilyn.
    • A photo of the player with the following specifications:
      • The photo must be Digital and HD (not a scanned photo);
      • The photo must be taken on a solid white background;
      • The photo must be clear, well defined and neat;
      • The photo must show the entire face and the top of the shoulders (the image of the face and shoulders must be centered on the photo.  The head must not turned to the side;
      • The photo must be a JPEG format.

  • Online registration starts on February 1st and is available 24hrs a day.
  • A new player is a player who has never played soccer in Québec.  If you have played in the past, even if many years ago, you would need to register as either a Player from Another Club or a Returning Player (if Pointe-Claire was your last club).
  • When registering online as a new player please be sure to enter the exact name as it appears on your Medicare card.
  • Payment by credit card only.
  • No signed player affiliation form required.
  • Code of Conduct: When completing online registration and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the Code of Conduct.
  • In order for your online registration to be processed, the following must be sent to Marilyn
    • An image of the player’s medicare card
    • Proof of residency for Pointe-Claire residents (MULTI card, report card (children), hydro bill (adults), etc) 
    • A photo of the player with the following specifications:
      • The photo must be Digital and HD (not a scanned photo);
      • The photo must be taken on a solid white background;
      • The photo must be clear, well defined and neat;

PLAYERS FROM ANOTHER CLUB:  Please contact Marilyn and provide the following:

  • An image of the player’s Medicare card
  • Proof of residency for Pointe-Claire residents (MULTI card, report card (children), hydro bill (adults), etc) 
  • Completed Soccer Québec Movement Protocol form for U4 to U18 (click here)
  • Completed affiliation form (click here)
    • Players aged 14yrs and up at the time of registration must sign their own affiliation form
    • Complete all field marked with an X
  • Code of Conduct (click here)

In person registration at the Terra-Cotta chalet (100 Terra-Cotta, Pointe-Claire H9R 5A4) is not available at this time due to COVID-19

  • For all new players, returning players, and players from another club, coaches, managers and referees.
  • Payment by cash, cheque and credit card.
  • Players aged 14 and over (at time of registration) need to be present to sign their own affiliation form.
